Vimpa Organic began with a simple frustration — most 'organic' food we bought was travelling too far, sitting in warehouses too long, and hiding behind too many marketing labels. So we started building the shortest possible path between farm and table.
Today, we grow leafy greens hydroponically, partner with certified organic orchards for fruit, source pantry staples direct from cooperatives, and stock the solar equipment that keeps the whole system honest.
