Fresh produce
Perishable items (fruits, vegetables) are non-returnable but fully refundable if they arrive damaged or spoiled. Email hello@vimpaorganic.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Groceries
Sealed grocery items can be returned within 7 days if unopened.
Equipment
Hydroponic kits, solar panels, batteries, and inverters carry a 7-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
