Delivery timelines
Fresh produce orders ship within 24 hours of harvest and typically arrive in 1–3 business days across metro and Tier-1 cities. Rural PIN codes may take an extra day.
Equipment orders (hydroponic kits, solar panels, batteries, inverters) ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Cold-chain packaging
Perishable produce ships in insulated boxes with food-safe gel packs. We use recyclable and compostable packaging wherever possible.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat fee of ₹79 applies. Bulky solar equipment may attract additional handling charges quoted at checkout.
